High temperatures are expected to hover around 90 degrees over the weekend and dip to 87 on Monday, according to the National Weather Service in Fort Worth. Chance of rain around 40%. Temperatures will also rebound into the middle and upper 70s so it will still feel a little summer like. Scattered thunderstorms will fire up this afternoon and produce locally heavy rainfall.

If you're going to the Kenny Chesney concert, expect some scattered showers and storms with temperatures around 80.

There is a 50 percent chance of storms and more rain on Saturday with much cooler temps for the day likely. Sunday will be a bit wetter. This system is forecast to move toward the west or WNW at 10 to 15 miles per hour for the next several days. Showers and storms will be scattered in the afternoon and evening.

We should be staying mostly dry though overnight with temperatures in the upper 60s through most of the area and a south-easterly wind becoming calm into the morning hours.
